The Features That You Need
Accurate Dosing
The high accuracy dosing piston pump or servo agur ensure each dose meets the requirements of accuracy.
Up to 5 Chambers
Produce the pods with design up to 5 chambers. A pod with Mix of powder and liquid or granules with liquid deliveries the maxium performance.
Multiple Pod Types
The system has three different types of dispensing unit. Liquid/Powder/Beads you can have a mix of different materials with one click.
Full servo countrol
You can communicate to the machine by the HMI interface to countrol. Less machincal work and faster, easiler.
Continuous Production
An automatic splicer can switch rolls as soon as one roll of water-soluble foil is empty.As a result, the efficiency of your production is increased.

UNIPACK 660 DP is designed to produce dishwasher pods with max of two chamber of powders and 3 chamber of liquids. Dual powder pods can only be done with flat bed machines and that becomes an advantage.
