Major Steps Of Pods Production
Laundry pod production is broken down into five essential steps. This manual provides clear, actionable guidance to empower you to execute the complete manufacturing process on your own.
In terms of factory planning and spatial optimization, this distribution ensures a balanced workflow with sufficient buffer zones for operational flexibility.
The facility layout allocates 20% to raw material storage, 15% to mixing, and 25% each to filling and aging, leaving 15% for final packaging, thereby ensuring a streamlined, high-negentropy production flow with built-in operational elasticity.

Precise dosing liquid to the pods molds and make pods
An advanced control system works in close coordination with precision ceramic metering pumps to inject accurately measured concentrated liquid into the cavities, which is then sealed with water-soluble film and cut to form the final laundry pods.

Sanitation & Rapid Changeover
The Aging & Stabilization stage allows freshly produced pods to reach a state of physical equilibrium. This 24-hour buffer period exposes latent quality defects that may have gone unnoticed during production, enabling their removal before the final packaging phase.

Counting or weighting
There are currently two mainstream solutions for counting and dispensing laundry pods into bags or boxes. The first is weight-based dosing, which leverages the high filling precision of the pods to ensure accurate quantities. The second is vision-based counting, a method that offers superior accuracy and reliability in specific complex scenarios.
