Improve laundry capsule seal quality by using linear rotary chain machine for your new project
For the laundry capsules producing there are two type of machines now avaliable for your new project. First one is the roatry drum type and another one is the roatry linear chan type. Which type of machine will be more siutable for your new project ? Here today we are going to compare few features and help you to find out which one is better.
Right side is a image of the roatry drum type water soluble pods forming machine drum. It's usually a drum made with multiple pieces of molds rows. All molds are installed on the drum,and the drum truns in the forming process.
When the chamber on the molds rotate to the position at 11-13 clock the filling of liquid will start and then the molds will be sealed by another layer of film to form a pod.
The basic theory of the rotary drum type machine leads to a problem in the prodcution. So think about the situation that a cup of water in the running car. When the car is doing a speed up , you should see the water will be the same as right side picture showed.
So in the production the filling amount is lower than expected.These space with air in the pods makes the consumer feels it's not full. If we want to filling up more liquid and then that lead to the problem of spills.
The speed of prodcution is limited by the filling amount and filling speed.And you can not go too fast because of the production quality.
Another type of machine is the linear rotary type machine.The molds roatry on the track and molds driven by a chain. It's goes on a linear motion.
synchronized filling method is widely used in the filling industry to avoid spills and match the small conatiners. Linear roatry chain type machines have a long range of flat and fixed speed motion range for the filling unit to be synchronized at same speed.
With this simple improved feature on the machine the linear roatry chain type machine are able to speed up at least twice of the capacity and reduce the risk of spills.
So for your new pods production project ,the synchronized fill will be a must. Rotary drum type machine are designed 15 years ago ,the basic theory makes it less effective on producing the pods with high speed and high quality.
