How the laundry pods are made ?
Laundry pods themself are made of water soluble film and the highly concentrated detergent liquid inside the pod.The water solulbe film first apply to a mold and then vacuum that mold to force the film down to creat a chamber. Fill the liquid in the chamber and then apply another layer of film on top the vacummed chamber,apply heat and pressre then the two layer of film can be seal together. After it's sealed the vaccume can be released. Cut the pod out and that's a laundry pod made.

Water Soluble film
Water soluble film is a biodegradable material made from Polyvinyl alcohol,it's water soluble but have good solvent resistance.

Pods forming machine
Pods forming machine can vacume the film to form a chamber and then fill liquid and seal the second film. Cut the pods out of the film web.

Concentrated Liquid Detergent
Concentrated Liquid Detergent has active content more than 65% and it's water content usually less than 15%. So it can be packed by the water soluble film.
